Roasted Rosemary Red Potatoes

I love simple side dishes for meals. This one is delicious.

6-8 red potatoes; cleaned and quartered
1 clove garlic; minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon rosemary


mince the garlic

clean and quarter the potatoes, place in a bowl

add the garlic and olive oil

add rosemary, salt and pepper

mix together and pour into a baking dish

cook in a 400 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until tender and golden.
