This recipe is sooo easy and absolutely delicious. You can add any type of ingredients you want and that's what makes it great.

whole wheat tortillas
2-3 chicken breasts
black olives
refried beans

lightly grease any size bowls that you can bake the tortilla in. I used to small ramekins and they worked great.

place the tortilla in the ramekin; bake at 325 degrees for 10-13 minutes until golden brown

cut the chicken breasts into strips and season with salt and pepper

place in a skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until brown and cooked all the way through. Cut into chunks before serving

assemble your taco bowl!

roll into teaspoon size balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet

use a 1/4 teaspoon and made an indentation in each

should look like this; place into the refrigerator and lets sit for at least 2 hours until set
