Lemon Chicken Pasta

This recipe is really simple and absolutely delicious! 

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1lb penne pasta; cooked
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic or 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper


slice the chicken into strips and season with salt and pepper

place chicken in a heated pan (should be on medium-high heat)

cook until done all the way through; place on a plate and set aside

during this time start cooking your pasta; add the olive oil, garlic and crushed red pepper to a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes

 once your pasta is cooked drain and add to the pan with the garlic mixture. season with salt and pepper

 place pasta and chicken in a large bowl. juice 2 lemons onto pasta and mix together

serve with the parmesan cheese
