Cornflake Chicken

This is one of my all-time favorite recipes. My mom used to make it all the time. 

Cornflakes (roughly 2 cups)
boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup melted margarine


place cornflakes in a ziploc bag

 crush with a rolling pin


coat chicken in melted butter

place chicken in bag and shake to coat

place in a baking dish

finish coating the rest of the chicken and spoon remaining butter over chicken and add more crushed cornflakes

bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
