Cheesy Sausage Pasta

Oh how I love this recipe! It is simple and delicious!

1 package kielbasa
1 cup diced onions
1 cup cup monterey jack cheese
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup cream
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
1 can traditional rotel
8oz Penne Pasta

chop up the onions and slice the kielbasa

add the olive oil to a skillet on medium-high heat

saute the onions and kielbasa 

add the garlic and good until brown

add the chicken broth, cream and rotel

add the uncooked pasta

season with salt and pepper; bring to a boil

reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

add 1/2 cups of cheese

place in a baking dish cover with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.

bake at 400 degrees until the breadcrumbs are brown and crispy. about 15-20 minutes.
