Easy Guacamole

This is by far the easiest and tastiest guacamole I have ever had!

You will need:

3 medium size avocados

1 lime

1 small onion 

1 small tomato

1 clove garlic

salt and pepper to taste

First, peel and mash the avocado in a medium size bowl

Yup, used a good ole' potato masher.

Chop up the tomato, garlic and onion

Mix everything together, cut lime in half and add juice from one half. add salt and pepper

Mix together; add more lime juice and salt pepper. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
