Sauteed Broccoli

This is another really simple and delicious side dish.

 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt
pepper


add the olive to a skillet and heat on medium-low heat

add the garlic and cook for 1 minute

add the broccoli, salt and pepper. 

saute until bright green and tender.

  2. One of my favorite ways to cook broccoli - except I use butter instead :) Great way to cook brussels sprouts, too!
