Mozzarella Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Chicken

This recipe is really easy and delicious! 

boneless skinless chicken breasts
bacon
mozzarella cheese (or you can use cheddar)
salt
pepper
crushed red pepper flakes


place the chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap

pound flat with a mallet

season one side with salt

pepper

crushed red pepper flakes

lay the bacon out on a plate (3 slices one way and 2 slices the other)

place the chicken on bacon

season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and add mozzarella cheese (as much as you want)

wrap the chicken in the bacon (fold the 2 slices over first and then the 3)

place on a greased baking sheet (or you can line it with foil)

bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes (turn halfway through) then after the 45 minutes are up, turn the temperature up to 500 degrees to make the bacon crispy (make sure you watch it).
