Roasted Vegetables

I am always trying to find new side dishes to go with meals. This one I just threw together and it was amazing!!!

2 potatoes; cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups baby carrots
1 large onion; cut in quarters
2-3 celery stalks; chopped
ground white pepper
garlic powder
salt
pepper 
olive oil


coats the vegetables generously with all the spices to your liking; you can always add any other spices you like. Drizzle the vegetables with the oil (approximately 1/4 cup)


Seal the vegetables in 2 sheets of foil; make sure it is sealed tightly; Place in a baking dish and baking for 1 hour at 350 degrees


The flavors are so amazing and will go great with any meal.
