Baked Ravioli

I have never been a huge fan of ravioli unit I made this. This recipe is amazing!!!

2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
1 onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2lb frozen ravioli (I used 4 cheese)
1 28 ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 28 ounce can whole tomatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet

add the garlic and onions; saute until soft

add salt and pepper (as much or as little as you want)

Add the oregano

Next add the crushed and whole tomatoes (break up the whole tomatoes with your spoon, or you can use a potato masher)

season with more salt, pepper and oregano. Let the sauce simmer for 20-25 minutes on medium heat

While the sauce is cooking; cook the ravioli in salted boiled water (they will float to the top when done about 4-7 minutes)

Drain and return back the pot.

When the sauce is done add to the ravioli and mix together

Add 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese and mix together

place in a baking tip and top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees

Doesn't it look good???!
